Taehyun (태현) is a South Korean singer-songwriter under Big Hit Music. He is a member of the boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER.
History[]
2019: Debut with TOMORROW X TOGETHER[]
On January 17, Taehyun was introduced as the fourth member of TOMORROW X TOGETHER with the release of his teaser video on YouTube.[3]
The group debuted on March 4, 2019 with their first mini album The Dream Chapter: STAR.
2021-2022: Listen and first collaboration[]
On January 4, 2021, it was announced that Taehyun and his group member Hueningkai would host the EBS Radio show Listen. They hosted the show from January 10, 2021 up until May 2, 2021.[4][5]
On February 23, 2022, Taehyun alongside his group member Yeonjun featured on the American singer Salem Ilese's latest single PS5 which appeared on her latest EP titled Unsponsored Content.[6]
2023-2025: Solo web series, OST releases[]
On December 22, 2023, it was announced that Taehyun will be hosting his own variety web series Academy Reincarnation, with the first episode premiering on December 29, 2023.[7] On April 12, 2024, it was announced that Taehyun will be collaborating with Japanese singer Tomohisa Yamashita on the Japanese OST song Perfect Storm (feat. TAEHYUN of TOMORROW X TOGETHER).[8] The song was released on June 5, 2024. On November 6, 2024, it was revealed that Taehyun alongside his group member Hueningkai will be releasing the OST "Can't Stop" for the Korean drama series Brewing Love.[9] On February 14, 2025, the duo released another OST together "Surfing in the Moonlight" for the Korean television series Melo Movie.[10]
